Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Resolved Markets collects, why, and what we do with it. Resolved Markets is operated by Elcara LLC-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.

1. What We Collect
Account data. When you register, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. This is handled through Clerk, our authentication provider.
Payment data. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVC, or billing address. We receive a transaction ID and your plan status from Stripe. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. For those transactions, we receive your wallet address and payment confirmation.
API usage data. We log every API request your keys make: the endpoint called, timestamp, response code, and credits consumed. We do not log the content of responses. These logs are retained for 90 days for billing reconciliation and abuse detection.
IP addresses. Captured at the point of API request and authentication. Retained for 30 days.
Survey responses. If you complete the post-payment survey, we store your answers linked to your account ID. These are never sold or shared externally.
Email engagement. If you receive emails from us via Resend or Loops, those tools record opens and clicks. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Third Parties We Share Data With
We share data only where necessary to operate the service:
- Clerk — authentication and session management
- Stripe — card payment processing
- NOWPayments — crypto payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Loops — email automation sequences
- ClickHouse Cloud — data storage infrastructure (API request logs, market data)
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We do not grant them permission to use your data for their own marketing or analytics purposes beyond what is needed to deliver their service to us.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use session cookies for authentication, set by Clerk. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. No cookie consent banner is shown because we do not drop non-essential cookies.
5. Data Retention

6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you can:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Security
API keys are hashed before storage. All data in transit uses TLS 1.2 or higher. ClickHouse data is encrypted at rest. We do not store plaintext passwords.
If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
8. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
