Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Resolved Markets, operated by Elcara LLC-FZ (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or making any API request, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
Resolved Markets provides historical and live orderbook data, a REST API, WebSocket streams, an MCP server, and backtesting tools for prediction markets including Polymarket and Hyperliquid perpetual futures. Data is sourced from public market activity and stored in our infrastructure.
We are a data access layer. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or trading platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Acceptable Use
Your plan determines your rate limits, history depth, and endpoint access. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute raw API data to third parties without an Enterprise license
- Use the API to build a competing data resale product
- Attempt to exceed rate limits via multiple accounts or keys
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or mirror our infrastructure
- Use automated systems to generate artificial API traffic
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access without notice if usage patterns suggest abuse.
4. Plans and Payment
Free, Pro ($17/month), Scale ($49/month), and Enterprise ($249/month) plans are available. Prices are in USD.
You can pay by card via Stripe or by cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Credit packs do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once issued to your account.
Crypto payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of on-chain settlement.
If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days at [email protected].
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. After a subscription expires, a 3-day grace period applies before your account is downgraded to the Free tier.
5. Data and Intellectual Property
The API, platform code, and database structure are owned by Elcara LLC-FZ. Market data is derived from public prediction market activity. You may use data retrieved through your account for research, analysis, and building applications, subject to the restrictions in Section 3.
You retain ownership of any models, strategies, or outputs you build using this data.
6. Uptime and Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise customers are covered by the SLA in their agreement. Pro, Scale, and Free users have no guaranteed uptime commitment.
We will communicate significant downtime via our status page or email where possible.
7. Disclaimers
Data is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Historical orderbook data reflects past market conditions and does not predict future outcomes.
Do not make financial decisions based solely on data retrieved from this platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elcara LLC-FZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from trading decisions, data gaps, or service interruptions.
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
10. Changes
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
