Refund policy

All fees and credits for Resolved Markets are non-refundable, except in the cases below.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. We give no refund for unused days.
One exception: if you email [email protected] within 48 hours of a subscription charge, and your account made no API requests in that billing period, we refund that charge.
Credit packs
Credits are added to your balance at once. They are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Crypto payments
Crypto payments are non-refundable.
Billing errors
If we charged you in error, for example twice or for the wrong plan, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We correct errors that we confirm. After 7 days, the charge is final.
