Refund Policy
Resolved Markets is a subscription data API. Because API access is delivered instantly and usage begins immediately, we generally do not issue refunds for completed billing periods.

Subscriptions (Pro, Scale, and Enterprise)
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Exception. If you contact us within 48 hours of a charge and have made zero API requests in that billing cycle, we will issue a full refund. Email [email protected] with your account email.
Credit Packs
Credits added by a pack are never removed from your balance. Note that your plan's monthly allowance tops your balance up to the plan amount rather than adding on top of it, so if you still hold more than your monthly allowance when your plan renews, no additional monthly credits are granted for that period. Top-up credits are therefore intended to be used within the billing period in which they are bought. Refunds on credit packs are not available once issued to your account, as credits are available for use immediately.
Crypto Payments
Payments made via NOWPayments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of on-chain transactions.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong tier), contact us within 7 days and we will fix it.
